Builder offers Ironwood model homes for sale

The two- and three-bedroom condominiums at Ironwood in northwest Las Vegas have experienced strong sales because of their value, appeal and location, according to Steven DiAngelo, vice president at The Robert Jones Co., which is developing the complex.
"We're making great deals on the remaining homes in our final phase," DiAngelo said. "Our models are also on sale, and buyers may move in immediately."
The two- and three-bedroom floor plans include a 1,366-square-foot ground-floor plan and a 1,591-square-foot second-story design. Each home has a patio or balcony.
Interiors include nine-foot ceilings, gas fireplaces, miniblinds and verticals, ceiling fans in the dining room, and mirrored closet doors.
Kitchens offer white-on-white appliances, microwave ovens and granite counter tops.
The baths feature cultured-marble Roman tubs and vanities, and ceramic-tile shower surrounds.
Attached garages with door openers are standard.
      Prices start from the $120,000s.
The gated development features Mediterranean-style architecture, landscaping, a community center, swimming pool, spa and health club.
To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Buffalo Drive, go south to Westcliff Drive, then west to Roland Wiley Road.
The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
