Fourth-grade teacher finds new home at Copperhead Hills
Kori Page, a fourth-grade schoolteacher, found her new home with the help of her parents.
"They knew exactly what I wanted," Page said. "When they discovered Copperhead Hills and saw the Sandstone floor plan, they knew I'd fall in love with it. I did; it fit my lifestyle perfectly.
"It's a one-story, three-bedroom plan that provides an open, airy feeling, and allows the sunshine to flood the indoors. I spend most of my time in the living room, so I needed something that was comfortable and practical. The kitchen overlooks the breakfast nook, which allows me to cook and still socialize with my friends."
LBM Development is building the neighborhood in the northwestern valley.
Copperhead Hills and Copperhead Hills II offer single- and two-story homes priced from $111,950 to $136,950. Homes can be built with three or four bedrooms, family rooms, dens, and two- or three-car garages. Floor plans range from 1,250 to 1,910 square feet.
Interiors include ceramic-tile entries and vaulted ceilings.
Kitchens provide track lighting, ceramic-tile counter tops, pantries and appliance packages.
Exteriors include concrete-tile roofs, sod or desert front-yard landscaping with irrigation, and rear- and side-yard fencing with gates.
Page said she was pleased with the sales service she received.
"The sales people were always courteous and helpful," she said. "Whenever I had a question, Linda Blake and Damien Witt had immediate and thorough answers. I felt very secure dealing with the home builder."
To visit, take the U.S. 95 Expressway to Cheyenne Avenue, head west to Cimarron Road, then go north to Gowan Road and follow the signs.
The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
