Sales exec: Crest plan dazzles home buyers

     The two-story Crest floor plan at Perma-Bilt Homes' Stonecliff neighborhood is quickly becoming a favorite of new home shoppers, according to Ruth Ochoa, vice president of sales and marketing.
      "The home has three bedrooms plus a study niche, 2 1/2 baths and measures 1,558 square feet," Ochoa said. "And, priced under $130,000, the home has been a favorite among those seeking a spacious, yet affordable, home in an elevated community."
      The Crest has a living room with a volume ceiling, downstairs powder room, media niche, pantry, walk-in closets in the owner and third bedroom and a laundry area.
      The neighborhood is located at the west end of Cheyenne Avenue in the northwest valley.
      Four floor plans range from about 1,000 to 1,558 square feet, with as many as three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages. Prices start from the low $100,000s at Stonecliff, which is the first of four neighborhoods that will be built in Perma-Bilt's Shadow Hills master-planned community.
      The Ridge floor plan is a two-story home with dual owner suites plus a bonus room and 2 1/2 baths, which measures 1,483 square feet. The home has a breakfast nook, downstairs owner bedroom, pantry and volume ceilings in the living room and dining room.
      Additional floor plans include The Cliff, with two bedrooms and a study and two baths, with 1,397 square feet; and The Canyon, a single-story plan with two bedrooms and two baths.
      The neighborhood has a gated entrance and community swimming pool and cabana.
      Presales are under way at Belle Crest, also in Shadow Hills, with model homes scheduled for completion in November. The neighborhood is a collection of one-, and two-story floor plans with two-, and three-car garages that measure from 1,362 to 2,363 square feet. Prices range from the high $120,000s to the $160,000s.
      To visit the homes, take the U.S. 95 Expressway to the Cheyenne Avenue exit and head west.
      The sales office and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday, when they are open from 11 a.m.
