Christopher continues year-end specials
Year-end specials at three of Christopher Homes' neighborhoods of single-family homes have led to greatly accelerated traffic and sales activity, according to Erika Geiser, director of marketing.
"We were already busy at each of our new neighborhoods, but these year-end specials have led to even more traffic and very impressive sales through October," Geiser said. "Buyers in the luxury market quickly recognize that our homes are a giant step above the ordinary in terms of luxury and built-in quality. The series of specials we are offering makes the overall value even more appealing and is enabling many buyers to access more home than they had previously imagined possible."
At Terraces on the Green, the builder is offering year-end savings of $5,000 to $24,000 on select homes that are completed or under construction in the current phase.
The gated neighborhood along the seventh fairway and green of the TPC at Summerlin golf course offers a selection of five one- and two-story designs ranging from 1,419 to 2,146 square feet. Prices range from the mid-$150,000s to the mid-$200,000s. Several homes that qualify for the year-end specials can be ready for occupancy within 30 days. To reach the models take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn north and go east on Hillwood Drive.
At Country Rose Estates, buyers of select homes who close escrow by Dec. 15 will receive a $5,000 shopping spree in the builder's in-house design center. Because the homes are under construction, the money can be applied to a wide range of customizing options, per plan, such as upgraded flooring, granite counter tops and window treatments. Priced from $239,000, the neighborhood of single-family homes is near The Trails Park in The Trails village in Summerlin.
The one- and two-story homes range from 2,358 to 3,818 square feet, with as many as seven bedrooms. To reach the models take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and go north to Village Center Circle. Proceed to Trails Center Drive, then west to Spring Gate Lane and follow the signs.
Buyers of select homes at the San Michelle neighborhood will receive a one-year membership -- valued at $4,500 -- to the Badlands Golf Club. The neighborhood of homes priced from the upper $300,000s is located along the fairways of the Badlands Golf Club in Queensridge, a guard-gated European-style community.
Buyers have a choice of one- and two-story designs ranging from 3,467 to more than 5,200 square feet on home sites from one-quarter to one-half acre. To tour the models, take Charleston Boulevard to the guarded entrance, west of Rampart Boulevard.
"We are, however, urging interested buyers to act as quickly as possible," Geiser said. "Some of our specials apply only to selected homes and others have time restrictions. For complete information, interested buyers should consult with the professionals at our sales information centers."
Other communities the company currently has under development are:
Palisades, a guard-gated enclave of homes being built along the fairways of Summerlin's TPC at The Canyons golf course. Priced from the low $400,000s, five one- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 3,758 to 5,965 square feet. Home sites range from one-quarter to one-half acre. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and go south, then turn east on Hualapai Way.
Currently in presales, Vineyards is a guard-gated enclave of one- and two-story homes in The Arbors village in Summerlin, adjacent to Paseo Park. Priced from the lower $300,000s, four designs are available ranging from 3,067 to 4,072 square feet on one-quarter to one-half-acre lots. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, then go south to Hualapai Way and turn west.
The builder's sales and information centers and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
