Perma-Bilt officials review plans at Belle Crest, one of the home builder's neighborhoods.

Presales under way at Belle Crest


     With construction under way on the four model homes at Perma-Bilt Homes' Belle Crest, home shoppers are able to take advantage of the best lot selection and prices at the neighborhood, according to Ruth Ochoa, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder.
      "Typically, the phase prior to the grand opening of a community offers best lot selection and lower pre-grand opening pricing," Ochoa said. "Now is a great time choose from the available selection of home sites at Belle Crest, many of which offer views of the nearby Spring Mountain Range, Lone Mountain and city views."
      Models are expected to be complete within the next five to six weeks. A temporary sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monday when it opens at 11 a.m.
      The neighborhood, which is located in the Shadow Hills planned community, offers four floor plans that range from 1,362 to 2,219 square feet.
      Prices start from the low $120,000s.
      The single-story Belle Ridge plan has three bedrooms, two baths, a country kitchen and two-car garage. The plan measures 1,362 square feet.
      Belle Cliff, also a single-story plan, comes with three bedrooms, a library, two baths, an island kitchen and two-car garage. The home measures 1,637 square feet.
      The two-story, 2,027-square-foot Belle Monte plan has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage that provides space for a workshop. A fifth bedroom and third bath are optional.
      The Belle Crest plan measures 2,219 square feet and comes with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Options include a loft, retreat or bonus room, as well as an additional bedroom and bath.
      To visit, take the U.S. 95 Expressway to Cheyenne Avenue, go west and follow the signs.
      Shadow Hills is also the site of Stonecliff, which offers four floor plans that range from 941 to 1,558 square feet with as many as three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages. Prices start from the low $100,000s.
      Two additional developments are planned for the northwest Las Vegas community.
