     The Aventura neighborhood offers home buyers golf-course living along the first and 18th holes of Summerlin's TPC at The Canyons golf course, according to sales agent Sandy McBride.
      The enclave of 68 single-story homes features floor plans ranging from 3,035 to 3,494 square feet, with as many as four bedrooms and a three-car garage. Pricing begins in the mid-$300,000s.
