Grand Estates prepares for grand opening

     American West's Grand Estates is preparing for the first release of home sites at the northwest Las Vegas neighborhood.
      "People are overwhelmed with the grandeur and beauty of this neighborhood," sales agent Richard Hiteman said. "When you add the huge home sites, gate-guarded entry and spectacular homes built by American West, these mansions are receiving unparalleled response."
      More than 50 home sites, measuring one-third of an acre and larger, are being developed. Single- and two-story homes will range from 2,550 to 5,100 square feet, with as many as six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Room options include game rooms and home offices.
      All the homes include three-car garages and fireplaces.
      The two-story homes include basements. Room options range from dual owner suites to multiple game rooms, home offices and retreats.
      Neighborhood amenities include landscaping, walking trails and a gated entry.
