     American West's TimberLake neighborhood in the northwest offers homes with as many as six bedrooms, priced from $150,950.
      The gated neighborhood features homes that range from 1,740 to 3,270 square feet.
      Each home includes a fireplace, high ceilings, custom cabinet choices and a media niche. Many homes are on cul-de-sac lots and all lots are large enough for side-yard parking.
      Plan One, a 1,740-square-foot, single-story home offers high ceilings, plant shelves, a two-sided fireplace and a three-car garage option.
      The 2,240-square-foot Plan Two, a two-story home, features a sunken living room, formal dining room, island kitchen, three-car garage and four bedrooms.
      The third home measures 2,800 square feet and comes with a foyer, separate dining room with a coffered ceiling, and a three-sided fireplace. An optional game room brings this two-story home to 3,080 square feet.
      At 2,750 square feet, the two-story Plan Four includes five bedrooms and a three-car garage. With options such as a game room, this home can measure more than 3,100 square feet.
      The six-bedroom, 3,270-square-foot Plan Five offers six bedrooms, a sunken living room, a formal dining room and a family room.
