Half-acre sites available at Sedona Creek

Pageantry Communities has sold more than half of the 94 homes that will be built at Sedona Creek, according to Don G. White, president of the building firm.
"Sedona Creek's success has been based on wide choices in both plans and elevations; value-sensitive pricing; and a scenic, convenient location," White said.
Richard P. Davidson, vice president of sales and marketing, said the neighborhood's location in Henderson has lured buyers.
"Sedona Creek is located in a newly minted section of the south valley, displaying quiet street scenes and obvious pride of ownership," Davidson said.
Buyers can choose from two neighborhoods in the community: Sedona Series and TradeWinds Series. Homes in both neighborhoods include two- or three-car garages, and are built on home sites ranging to one-half acre. Cul-de-sac lots are available.
Sedona Series homes are priced from $148,990 to $173,990 with three or four bedrooms and two or three baths. Floor plans range from 2,095 to 2,948 square feet. TradeWinds Series homes range from 1,503 to 1,660 square feet with as many as three bedrooms and two baths. Prices start from $129,990 to $135,990.
Interiors feature arched doorways, wall cutouts and rounded corners in some plans; pot shelves; art niches; media niches; and ceramic-tile entries.
Kitchens offer pantries, appliances, and a choice of counter top surfaces and cabinet finishes.
Owner suites have walk-in closets and dual-sink vanities with cultured-marble tops.
To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, go east to Arrowhead Trail and turn right. Turn left at Cherry Drive.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
