Coventry Homes adds new floor plans at The Huntington
Coventry Homes has made The Huntington, an already popular neighborhood, even more appealing by adding new floor plans, according to Gloria Rice, marketing manager.
"Since The Huntington has been so well-received by home buyers, we decided to broaden our selection of floor plans to meet the needs of those wanting more bedrooms," Rice said. "By doing this, we have a greater selection that will appeal to almost everyone."
The new floor plans are the La Jolla, the Carlsbad and an alternate to the Monterey plan.
The neighborhood features three- and four-bedroom floor plans in from 1,156 to 2,196 square feet.
Standard items include raised-panel interior doors, enclosed back yards, recessed lighting and a garage service door to the back yard.
The 1,156-square-foot Newport plan features two bedrooms or a den option, two baths and a two-car garage.
The Malibu, a 1,522-square-foot plan, features three bedrooms with a loft conversion option, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.
Del Mar, a 1,665-square-foot floor plan, comes with two bedrooms with a loft or a three-bedroom option, two baths and a two-car garage.
The Laguna has 1,665 square feet and offers two bedrooms and a loft with two baths or a three-bedroom, three-bath option. This plan also offers a two-car garage.
The Carmel plan features 1,940 square feet, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a dual owner bedroom option and a two-car garage.
The largest plan offered at the neighborhood, the 2,196-square-foot Monterey, now offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a kitchen nook and island with butler pantry and a two-car garage.
La Jolla, a two-story, 1,858-square-foot floor plan, has a dual owner suite with a third bedroom and three baths.
The Carlsbad, a 1,965-square-foot, two-story home has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with the option for dual master suites. All include a porch and covered patio as standard.
The Huntington is one of five neighborhoods by Coventry Homes in the Las Vegas Valley.
Homes are priced from the $110,000s.
To visit, take Eastern Avenue to Silverado Ranch Boulevard and head west, following the signs.
The sales office and models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Fridays when they open at noon.
