`Pumpkin Giveaway' under way at Primack Homes' neighborhoods

     Visitors to neighborhoods built by Primack Homes will have an opportunity to get an early jump on Halloween this weekend with free candy and pumpkins, plus a chance to win a family vacation to Disneyland.
      The "Great Pumpkin Giveaway" begins today with a pumpkin-carving contest, remote radio broadcast, free candy, prizes and giveaways at The Trophy Club at Paradise.
      From today through next Sunday, participants who visit all three new neighborhoods by Primack Homes will receive free candy, a pumpkin and an entry for the Disneyland family vacation drawing.
      To qualify, participants should visit The New Villagio, located in the Seven Hills master-planned community. Upon touring the model homes, each visitor will receive a stamped "Great Pumpkin Passport."
      Another required stop is at Trophy Club at Paradise, where visitors will receive a second stamp in their passport.
      The last stop is the Trophy Club at Grand Legacy in Green Valley. There, a third stamp will be issued along with a complimentary pumpkin, candy and an official entry for the Disneyland vacation drawing.
      There is no purchase necessary to enter, and complete information regarding the drawing can be obtained at any of the sales information centers.
      The New Villagio features a series of one- and two-story floor plans ranging as large as 4,000 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. Prices start in the low $200,000s. To visit, take Eastern Avenue to Lake Mead Drive and go west, approximately one mile, to the entrance of Seven Hills and follow the signs.
      Trophy Club at Paradise is a gated neighborhood featuring one- and two-story homes ranging as large as 3,375 square feet. Four-car and drive-through garages are available and pricing starts in the mid-$170,000s. Homes are available for immediate occupancy. To visit, take Robindale Road to Paradise Road and go south to the gated entrance.
      The Trophy Club at Grand Legacy is a semi-custom, golf course neighborhood being built within The Grand Legacy, a 24-hour guard-gated enclave of homes along the third fairway of Green Valley's Legacy Golf Club. Seven, one- and two-story designs are available ranging from 2,621 to 4,475 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Homes are priced from the upper $200,000s. To visit, take Wigwam Parkway west from Valle Verde Drive or east from Green Valley Parkway to the entrance of The Grand Legacy.
      The sales information centers are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
