Agent: Sanctuary fills niche for home buyers
The homes at Sanctuary have filled a niche for many buyers, according to Steven DiAngelo, vice president of The Robert Jones Co.
"The overwhelming response to our new community is a true testament to buyer demand and need for creatively designed homes," DiAngelo said. "Sanctuary has something for everyone..."
The guard-gated development is in the southwestern valley, and is comprised of two villages.
Village I offers two- and three-bedroom condominium homes priced from $119,900 to $143,900. Floor plans range from 1,217-square-foot garden homes to 1,711-square-foot penthouse models. Village II provides single- and two-story detached homes with two to four bedrooms. Homes range from 1,141 to 1,851 square feet, and are priced from $145,900 to $192,900.
Residents have use of a community center, swimming pool, spa and health club with saunas.
Interiors feature nine-foot ceilings; gas fireplaces; and ceramic-tile floors in the kitchens, entries, secondary baths and laundry areas.
Kitchens include appliances, granite counter tops and water lines to refrigerators.
Homes also feature cable TV outlets, enclosed laundry areas with utility sinks, and attached garages.
