     Cottonwood at Spring Valley Ranch recently released its final phase of homes. Sixteen homes remain for sale in the southwestern valley neighborhood.
      Built by Chartered Development, the neighborhood features amenities commonly associated with condominium development, such as a community pool, a park with barbecue areas, and a gated entry. Grounds are professionally maintained.
      Prices start at $100,450.
      Plan A, a 1,247-square-foot, two-story home, comes with dual owner suites, two baths, and high ceilings in the living and dining rooms.
      The 1,393-square-foot Plan B features a walk-in closet and dual vanities in the owner suite. This two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home includes a pass-through from the kitchen to the dining room.
      The largest model, Plan C, offers a country kitchen, separate dining area, a bay window and dual closets in the owner suite. This floor plan features three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
