Pacific Southwest Development offers a single residence remaining for 2006 delivery at its guard-gated Tuscan Cliffs neighborhood within the Southern Highlands community, according to sales agent Rob Evon.

A total of four two-story models are open in the 155-home neighborhood, ranging from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Various design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet. Measuring at least one-quarter acre, premium lots, including mountainside home sites in future phase releases, are available, company officials said.
Courtyards and covered patios extend the living space of the homes. Options include water and fire features, outdoor kitchens and a range of landscaping choices. Base prices range from $1 million to $1.25 million.
For a limited time, the builder will pay one year of dues for a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, subject to application approval.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
