ACADEMICS: Community Lieder Developer Robert Lewis has made friends and admirers over the years by "giving back" his time and resources to academics and the real estate community. Some of his benefactors now want to give something back for all his backgiving.       Lewis, former president of Lewis Homes of Nevada Inc., was selected as the inaugural honoree of the Lieder award by a committee from the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies, a research body and business education program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
