Pacific Southwest Development, developers of the new Tuscan Cliffs subdivision within the master-planned community of Southern Highlands, is offering buyers a complimentary one-year social membership to Southern Highlands Golf Club with the purchase of each new home within the development.

Four floor plans are available, ranging from 4,300 to 6,000 square feet. Base prices range from $1 to $1.2 million.
The new development offers lifestyle amenities such as a personal shopper to aid in customizing buyers' homes, along with complimentary access, for one-year, to the dining clubhouse and the Spa at Southern Highlands. Lifetime membership for residents is available, with dues, after the initial complimentary year.
A 13,000-square-foot facility, the spa offers skin care services and body treatments.
The community also features a 4,000-square-foot fitness room equipped with both cardiovascular and strength training stations.
