hree distinct Mountain's Edge neighborhoods by Ryland Homes will debut models this weekend.
Today's grand opening of Augusta, Belford and Ellingwood will include a live radio remote broadcast.
Along with this 40-day grand opening celebration, Ryland continues its 40 percent off mortgage offer, according to company officials. Buyers who purchase one of the builder's Mountain's Edge homes during the 40-day offer will receive a 40 percent discount on mortgage payments for two years. Ryland Homes is offering its gourmet kitchen package, which includes granite/Silestone countertops, and backsplash, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The Augusta neighborhood offers the builder's largest sites at Mountain's Edge. The three- to five-bedroom residences include options for up to seven bedrooms and from three- to 4 1/2 baths. The neighborhood's single- and two-story home designs range from 2,508 to 4,262 square feet. Prices begin in the low $500,000s.
Belford's two-story homes are distinguished by four home designs of two to four bedrooms with an additional bedroom option. Ranging from 1,593 to 2,224 square feet, the homes are priced from the low $300,000 and include up to 3 1/2 baths and kitchens opening to great-room areas.
Ellingwood's single- and two-story home designs offer from two to four bedrooms with an optional fifth, and up to three baths. Features include teen rooms, kitchen islands, lofts, family and living rooms, and two- or three-car garages. Plans range from 1,756 to 2,975 square feet, with prices starting in the mid- $300,000s.
Mountain's Edge master plan will encompass neighborhood schools and tree-lined streets with 500 acres of open space and desert landscaping maintained throughout the community for beauty as well as environmental integrity.
